Aral Sea, Karakalpak, Uzbekistan 過去picの振り返り こちらは、ウズベキスタンとカザフスタンの国境に跨る内陸湖の「アラル海」 冷戦下、ソ連の大規模な灌漑計画によって湖の水が失われ 深刻な塩害の影響もあり、現在はかつての20分の1にまで縮小 「20世紀最大の環境破壊」と言われた巨大な塩湖です それでも湖畔に立つと、まるで海 白い泡は、打ち寄せられる塩水の波の華 塩分濃度が海水の2倍以上なので、死海みたいにぷかぷか浮くんですよ 湖畔にはゲルテントで眠るキャンプサイトがありました Photo on Aug 29th 2018 This is my own past pictures in Uzbekistan in 2018. The Aral Sea was an endorheic lake lying between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, which began shrinking in the 1960s and largely dried up by the 2010s. Reducing about twentyth of its original lake size and is also called "the most serious environmental crisis of the 20th century in the world". Even though it shrank, it still looks like a sea. It was about time of the daybreak. There were tons of salt wave flowers beached like a bubble ashore.
